Senior IT Service Desk Engineer

Are you ready to step up from senior engineer into a true technical leadership role? We’re looking for a Senior IT Service Desk Engineer to take ownership of our service desk, drive improvements, and help shape the future of IT across the business.

Why this role?

This isn’t just another service desk position—this is your pathway to IT management. You’ll work closely with the CTO, lead projects, mentor others, and play a key role in defining our IT strategy.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues
Leading and mentoring a small service desk team
Driving service improvements and IT strategy
Owning and delivering IT projects end-to-end
Managing major incidents and root cause analysis
Collaborating with vendors and managing key relationships
Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 & PCI DSS standards

What you’ll bring

Strong experience in IT support/service desk environments
Proven ability to solve complex technical issues
Leadership skills with a passion for developing others
Solid understanding of ITIL best practices
Experience with projects, infrastructure & systems
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
