Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Somerset
Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum (full-time, 40 hours per week)

We’re looking for a passionate Speech and Language Therapist to support children and young people in a progressive school setting. This is more than a job - it’s a chance to shape lives, work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, and deliver meaningful therapy in a flexible, supportive environment.

What you’ll do:

Assess and deliver targeted speech and language interventions
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide consistent, high-quality support
Guide staff on communication, language development, and SEN best practice
Plan and deliver therapy across two school sites

Who you are:

HCPC registered (essential)
Experienced in SEN or educational settings
Skilled in a variety of speech and language assessment tools and therapy approaches
Interested in developmental trauma and attachment
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
