Responsibilities:
What you will be doing
As a trainee butcher in our academy, you will:

Learn and apply core butchery skills, techniques and best practices

Develop confidence using a range of meat cutting tools and machinery

Work as part of a dedicated, professional team

Build strong knowledge of the food processing industry
After 3-6 months you will be enrolled on the apprenticeship program to continue your development.
