Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Podiatrist, a vital role dedicated to diagnosing, treating, and preventing foot and ankle conditions. As a Podiatrist, you will deliver expert care to improve patients’ mobility and quality of life, utilizing your specialized knowledge in foot health. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in patients’ lives through compassionate, comprehensive podiatric services.

Duties

Conduct thorough examinations of patients’ feet, ankles, and lower limbs to diagnose conditions such as infections, deformities, injuries, and chronic diseases.
Develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication, physical therapy, orthotics, or surgical interventions.
Educate patients on foot health maintenance, injury prevention, and proper footwear choices to promote long-term well-being.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using IT systems to document assessments, treatments, and follow-up plans.
Stay current with advancements in podiatric medicine by engaging in continuous professional development and training.
Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues in English to ensure understanding of diagnoses and treatment options.

Experience

Proven experience as a licensed Podiatrist with a strong background in diagnosing and managing foot and ankle conditions.
Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Proficiency in IT systems for record keeping and patient management.
Ability to teach patients about foot health practices clearly and empathetically.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication within diverse healthcare settings.
