Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader on our PM Shift (14:00 to 22:00).

The candidate will work with other Team Leaders in achieving and exceeding client SLAs and site KPIs. Reporting to an a Supervisor and Area Manager and having responsibility alongside other Team Leaders for the day to day running of an Area within the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities

To manage allocated resources to meet the operational needs of the customers
Monitor and drive team performance to ensure daily targets are met.
To ensure that all the activities are performed in time by the team.
To make sure all orders/returns are processed in accordance with the set cut off times
Identify any training requirements within your given team and highlight to Supervisor
To report any discrepancies in stock and report to the Supervisor/Account Manager as soon as identified.
As and when required complete paperwork and reporting.
To work in conjunction with other Team Leaders and team members.
Ensure high standards of housekeeping is always maintained and adhered to. This includes cleaning and tidying of workstations and surrounding areas.
To count stock and check that the level of inventory is accurate and to standard.
Compliance of Health and Safety regulations that may impact yourself, your colleagues and any visitors.
Ensuring good administration and record keeping ensuring compliance with warehouse process and procedures.
Actively building and maintaining strong working relationships with your colleagues and the management team

Pay: £13.28 per hour
