AMS Nationwide Services specialise in the delivery and installation of commercial furniture and video conferencing projects. We are a dedicated and professional team fully experienced with installing all the major commercial manufacturers products. We pride ourselves for providing quality staff and workmanship to the industry, investing in training and embracing technology in order to maintain our extremely high standards.

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by ensuring efficient processing of recyclable materials, maintaining organised work areas, and supporting overall sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sort and categorise recyclable materials according to guidelines.

· Operate and maintain baling equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed.

· Work closely with warehouse team members to optimise recycling processes and improve workflow efficiency.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding any issues or improvements related to waste recycling operations.

· Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, ensuring all areas are free of debris and hazards.

· Loading and unloading of deliveries at the warehouse.

· Organise and store products in designated areas to optimise space and accessibility.

· Conduct regular inventory checks.

· Assist in order preparation for outgoing projects.

· Assist in routine maintenance of warehouse equipment and report any defects.

· Previous experience in a warehouse or recycling environment is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

· Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.

· Team player with strong communication skills.

· Forklift & driving licence is preferable, but nit essential.
