About Us

Invanity Marketing Limited is a privately owned marketing agency based in Haddenham near Thame. Situated in a rural setting, our air-conditioned offices offer an excellent working environment. Joining our friendly team of professionals, you will play an important role in the continued growth of our business, whilst enjoying team social events.

Invanity is a marketing agency driven by the desire to help clients grow revenue and consistently connect their marketing activity to commercial outcomes. We operate across brand and performance marketing, both of which are built upon foundations of powerful creative and insightful data. A key component to what we do is delivering websites and digital experiences that amplify our ability to achieve our clients’ marketing objectives.

The Role

We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to take full ownership of our paid media function.This is a lead role responsible for strategy, media planning, and hands-on campaign management across multiple client accounts. You’ll be accountable for performance, ensuring campaigns are aligned to business objectives and driving measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop paid media strategies aligned to client objectives and revenue targets
Build structured media plans across platforms and funnel stages
Identify opportunities for growth, scaling, and efficiency

Campaign Activation & Management

Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns across search and social
Continuously monitor performance and optimise towards ROAS and revenue
Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns

Performance Reporting & Optimisation

Analyse performance data and provide clear, commercially focused insights
Ensure campaigns are driving revenue, not just leads or traffic
Identify and implement testing strategies to improve results over time

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing paid media campaigns
Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement
Experience analysing data and translating it into clear actions
Ability to take ownership of performance across multiple accounts

Additional Skills, Desired But Not Required

Experience managing campaigns on YouTube Ads
Experience with Google Tag Manager and tracking implementations
Familiarity with GA4 and reporting tools
Understanding of landing page performance and conversion rate optimisation
Experience working in a small agency or fast-paced environment
