Our facilities boast a beautiful spa restaurant and an elegant, year-round garden pergola, each with a relaxed ambiance and stunning pool views. Our experienced chefs use top quality, locally sourced produce to create innovative new dishes. We prioritise good health and great flavours, whilst catering for a wide range of tastes and appetites including vegan and free-from options.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our talented team, who shares our passion for exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative kitchen.

We are looking for a talented Sous Chef who
Believes in creating elegant, delicious dishes that shout exceptional quality.
Is passionate about fresh, local produce.
Has a superb work-life ethic lives life to the full in and out of work.
Is an excellent team player, ready to lead and support colleagues.
Works well under pressure in a vibrant kitchen.
Proven, successful experience in a similar restaurant environment.

What you’ll do
Be responsible for the day to day management of all of the kitchens in the F&B department
Be responsible for the kitchen rota, ensuring maximum productivity from the team and appropriate shift cover
support the Head of Food & Beverage with food related customer feedback, ensuring an appropriate outcome for both the customer and the business
Create new dishes and contribute to innovative menus
Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness
Continually strive towards achievement and improvement
Ensure regular & effective communication by way of quarterly meetings for all kitchen staff
Hold responsibility for HR related tasks including recruitment, inducting, training and managing absence
