Full job description

Join our family-run gymnastics club — part of a growing group of three locations, coaching 1,700+ children weekly across the business. We offer a real career path, not just a coaching job.

We're looking for a career-minded coach ready to grow with us in a full-time position. Ideally you'll have exceptional coaching skills and also be excited to take on responsibilities outside of teaching -- customer service, administration, event organisation, and marketing -- to help drive exceptional class quality, outstanding customer service and the growth of our business.

You Are:

Energetic, positive and great with children
Organised, reliable and a strong team player
Passionate about gymnastics, movement and sport
Keen to learn, develop and be mentored
Motivated to make a real difference in kids' lives

Background in gymnastics, dance, cheer or similar preferred — training provided. We welcome both experienced coaches and strong beginners. Experience with children is very important. A positive attitude and growth mindset are essential.

The Role:

Teach gymnastics The Little Gym Way at our High Wycombe location
Train with and learn from our wider team across the group
Build positive relationships with members
Support admin, customer service, events and marketing
Learn how a successful children's sports business runs
Grow a successful small business

The Details:

30+ hours per week
Pay rate is dependent on experience
Some evenings + one weekend teaching day required
Fun, supportive team with ongoing weekly training
