As Senior Creative Producer, you will play a key role in bringing Formula 1 stories to life for millions of fans around the world. Working at the heart of F1’s Digital Video team, you will lead the development and production of compelling feature content, helping to shape the way audiences experience the sport both on and off the track.
In this role, you will own a range of content strands and original series, taking projects from initial concept through to final delivery. Whether producing at a Grand Prix, directing contributors on location, crafting compelling narratives in the edit, or developing innovative content ideas, you will be hands-on throughout the entire creative process and empowered to create content that captivates a global audience.
You will work closely with the Executive Producer while collaborating with Editors, Producers and stakeholders from across Formula 1, including Marketing, Social Media and Communications teams. Together, you will create best-in-class content that celebrates the personalities, stories and moments that make Formula 1 one of the world's most exciting sports.

Main Duties And Responsibilities:
Support the Executive Producer in the planning, development and creation of Formula 1’s digital video output, with a particular emphasis on creative feature content.
Lead the creative development and delivery of original content strands and series, driving ideas from concept to completion.
Drive the end-to-end production process, transforming creative ideas into world-class content across every stage of development, production and delivery.
Edit features to final broadcast and digital standard using Adobe Premiere.
Self-shoot content when required, adapting to a variety of production environments.
Travel to Formula 1 race events when required to support on-site production activity.
Supervise work undertaken by Editors and Producers, providing creative direction, guidance and production oversight.
Oversee final content production, ensuring all content is technically excellent, editorially robust and delivered on time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including F1’s Marketing team, social media agency and Communications teams across the sport.
Stay at the forefront of digital video trends, production techniques and audience behaviours, helping to evolve and elevate Formula 1’s content offering.
Immerse yourself in the ever-evolving world of Formula 1, identifying stories, trends and moments that can be transformed into compelling content for fans.

Prior to the role it would be essential that you:
Have at least five years’ experience producing TV, digital or video content.
Have experience leading creative video productions from concept development through to final delivery.
Be confident managing multiple stakeholders, contributors and production workflows simultaneously.
Have experience overseeing content production, including working closely with Editors, Producers and wider production teams.
Experience creating digital-first video content for large audiences.
Have a proven ability to deliver high-quality content to deadline in a fast-paced production environment.
Understand how to create content that is technically excellent, factually accurate and editorially engaging.
Some desirable experience that you may bring to the role:
Team leadership experience within a production environment.
Experience producing content within sport, motorsport, broadcast or fast-paced media environments.
Experience writing scripts and developing narrative-led content.
Experience using non-linear editing platforms, ideally Adobe Premiere.
Not essential to be successful in the role but you may also have the following qualifications:
A qualification in Media Studies or a similar discipline, ideally with a focus on video production.
Training in non-linear editing platforms, ideally Adobe Premiere.
Prior to the role it is essential that you demonstrate:
Strong leadership and project management capability.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of Formula 1 and the wider motorsport landscape.
Broad knowledge of current production styles, digital content trends and storytelling techniques.
Strong editorial judgement and the ability to provide clear creative direction.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining exceptional quality standards.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across Formula 1 and with external partners.
Strong understanding of the technical and editorial standards required to deliver world-class video content.
The ability to identify audience trends and translate them into engaging and contemporary content ideas.
Some desirable knowledge and skills that you may bring to the role:
Non-linear editing skills.
Knowledge of current production equipment and software used both in the field and within post-production environments.
Strong script writing capability.
