Roofer

Location: Pick up Stoke on Trent (Shared Van) working onsite covering Burton, Lichfield, Nottingham and surrounding areas - typically working Monday to Friday 39 hours

As a Roofer for Novus Property Solutions, youll work with a great team, who support each other and work together to deliver a great service for our customers. Ideally possessing a background and qualification in Roofing, working within Social Housing tenanted properties on traditional roofs.

An outline of your responsibilities and experience

Traditional Social Housing pitched roofs, removing plain tiles, replacing with a variety of tiles as required and relevant insulation measures to current British standards
Familiar with felt and baton
Lead work to chimneys, stepping details and valleys
Gauging out
Slate roofing experience desirable
Breathable system compliant with current fixings meeting British standard specifications and competent roofer
Manage Systems to ensure they are up to date and accurate
Follow and enforce company health and safety procedures
Working from job tickets on a hand held device
This role will require a Full UK Driving Licence
The role will require a DBS check to be taken
