Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Press Brake Operator Setter for the afternoon shift! 14:00 till 21:45 In this energized role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake machines Safan and Lvd to bend and shape sheet metal with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help produce high-quality components for various industries, ensuring that every project meets strict specifications. Responsibilities

Set up CNC press brake machines by selecting appropriate tooling and adjusting machine parameters based on job specifications.
Operate the press brake to bend sheet metal accurately, following detailed work instructions and blueprints.
Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
Conduct routine inspections of finished parts to ensure proper dimensions and surface quality, utilizing hand tools and measurement devices.
Perform basic maintenance on equipment, including tool changes and troubleshooting mechanical issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate workflow, ensuring timely completion of production orders.
Maintain accurate documentation of job setups, production data, and quality checks to ensure traceability and compliance.

Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC press brake machines or similar sheet metal fabrication equipment.
Strong mechanical knowledge of tooling, tooling setup, and machine calibration processes.
Familiarity with fabrication techniques such as grinding, welding, and assembly is a plus.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments.
Competence with hand tools and sheet metal handling equipment required for setup and quality checks.
Knowledge of sheet metal properties and fabrication standards to produce precise components.
Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently during the afternoon shift schedule.
