Bodycare is not a store relaunch. It is the deliberate reconstruction of retail around how consumers now discover, trust, and buy products. Retailers have become creatures of head offices, while stores themselves remain passive endpoints. Bodycare inverts this model. Each store becomes an active media channel, a local community hub, and a live social commerce engine, powered by technology, talent, and authentic local engagement. In-store Live@Bodycare Studios enable continuous content creation and livestream selling. AI-driven tools will empower local teams to identify trends and optimise content. Product assortments, merchandising, and customer communication will all be tailored to the needs of the local community. Our business model is driven by local content. And this is where you come in.
THE ROLE
Bodycare stores are not just retail units or even studios. They are sources of local stories told through the people who already exist in and around them: employees, customers, creators and local characters. The primary role of the Producer – Social Content is to constantly capture, edit, and share these stories in optimal formats across Store social platforms. Not just in the Store, but to go out into the community in search of the stories which define it (and generate the most social engagement).
But that’s not all. The Producer – Social Content participates in Live@Bodycare Studios activities, working with local content creators to drive social engagement and Tiktok sales, creating their own content and Tiktok Live presentations.
THE CANDIDATE
Bodycare - Britain’s Value Beauty Platform is looking for a creative, trend-obsessed, and highly organized candidate to lead the creation of compelling, scroll-stopping content across our local social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of beauty, culture, and storytelling — bringing our Stores and our Communities to life through engaging short-form video, creator partnerships, tutorials, launches, and community-driven content.
