Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop their careers within a vibrant organisation. Fluency in English is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce but is not required.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous contacts
Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
Manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining high levels of professionalism and courtesy

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is preferred
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools
Strong communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously
Previous experience working within a target-driven sales environment is desirable

This role provides an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to excel in telesales. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be organised, and demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for building client relationships.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
