Essential Criteria

Key Responsibilities:

To oversee and ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the rostering system for both Carer’s and Clients
To have in-depth knowledge of the rostering system and co-ordinate with the rostering company as required
Ensure all Carer’s contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of Beyea Care Domiciliary Care Services
Responsibility to fill any Client vacancy and expand the client base by liaising with social services and selecting suitable clients
Support the on- call phone duty as required, to assist with and meet the needs of the Company
Liaise with Social Services and external agencies
To have good working knowledge & support the compliance of the National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care in line with Care Quality Commission regulations
To have a good working knowledge of Beyea Care Policies/Procedures and Employees Handbook
To fully understand the company complaints procedure and to support the role of Investigating Officer for complaints
To participate in regular Team meetings
Excellent communication with all members of staff
To ensure the coordinator position is covered during annual leave and absence

Main Duties:

To support the efficient and smooth operation of the recruitment process
To delegate responsibilities to relevant others to support the timely recruitment process
To be responsible for the monitoring and recording of annual leave and to monitor sickness absence for Carers
Responsible for ensuring adequate cover for sickness / annual leave for all Carers
To lead on the key processes for client schedules
Liaise with professionals in respect of supporting a total package of care for a service user.
Support and assist in the completion of Accident/Incident near miss forms
To assist with queries on invoices and feedback to appropriate bodies
To have a good insight of Company availability and the need to develop and increase the business through continued growth of Clients and Carers

General Duties

To maintain personal and professional development to meet the changing demands of the job, participate in appropriate training activities
To undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of the job
Maintain and improve professional knowledge and competence through mandatory / Statutory training days / courses on or off site as and when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,860.00 per year
