Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundworker to join our team Immediately. The candidate must have experience in all aspects of groundworks. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties:
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools are stored properly after use.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and to a high standard.
- Willing to Travel (No longer than 1hour).
- Have Transport (Fuel to be paid).
- Tickets - CSCS, NPors or CPCS - Digger, Dumper and Roller.
Experience
- Previous experience in groundworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is advantageous.
- Basic related to equipment maintenance is a plus.
- A strong ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is necessary.
- Good physical fitness is required as the role involves manual labour, including lifting and digging.
