Full job description

The Cotswold Lodge Hotel is a 4 Star Independently owned hotel in the centre of Oxford. We are looking for an experienced hotel receptionist to join our expanding team.

The position is full time, with shifts normally covering a mixture of 7am-3pm, 10am-6pm and 3pm-11pm and will include weekends and bank holidays. We are looking for a friendly person who can work under pressure, remaining calm and work to deadlines. You must be able to maintain a high level of customer service and have attention to detail.

Excellent level of written and spoken English is essential. Day to day duties will include taking room bookings over the telephone, via email and directly at the desk. Dealing with restaurant bookings, hotel guest requests, processing daily reports and banking. Good level of computer skills are required. A knowledge of Word and Excel would be preferred but is not essential.

Live out, meals on duty.
