Seaview Haven have a fantastic opportunity for an Activities Coordinator to join our team.

Designing, planning, and implementing a variety of activities, events, and outings that are engaging and cater to the specific needs and interests of the participants.
Computer literate with ability to produce posters, newsletters etc.
Ensuring that all necessary supplies, equipment, and staffing are available for each activity.
Managing the monthly budget.
Maintaining accurate records of activities, participant attendance, and other relevant data.
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with participants.
A creative mindset to develop engaging and innovative activities.
The ability to understand and respond to the needs of participants with empathy and patience.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude to motivate and engage participants.
The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during activities.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team

Successful applicants will also need to complete and have a satisfactory DBS and 2 references.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Work Location: In person
