What you'll be doing
- Welcoming customers and helping them find the right products for their individual wellness goals.
- Recommending products and solutions with confidence while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Keeping shelves fully stocked and merchandising displays to a high standard.
- Supporting promotions, maintaining store presentation and ensuring excellent operational standards.
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and create a positive shopping experience.
- Use a consultative approach to understand customers' needs and recommend the right products, whether available in store or online.
- Completing our Qualified to Advise training to build your product knowledge and provide trusted guidance.
What you'll bring
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer experiences.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable style.
- Curiosity about health and wellness, with a willingness to learn.
- The ability to stay organised, work as part of a team and adapt in a busy retail environment.
- Confidence using technology, including tablets and digital tools.
