Full job description

The Alchemist Spa at the Woolacombe Bay Hotel is looking for a Spa Receptionist to provide a first class welcome to our spa guests joining us for spa days, treatments, consultations and to buy retail products.

We require a Part time receptionist to join us.

This role will mainly be 3 days a week to include one weekend day.

There may be more hours for holiday cover.

Responsibilities:

Acknowledge and respond to relevant guest queries, needs, and expectations
Suggest and promote spa products or additional services
Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations
Create a calm environment for guests to relax, unwind and forget their day
Welcoming clients arriving for treatments and spa days in a professional and friendly manner
Responding to telephone & email enquiries
Ensuring the spa area remains clear & tidy at all times
Having a full understanding of all treatments and products offered
Good level of IT Knowledge required
Knowledge of the beauty industry preferable
Ability to multi task and prioritise work loads
