Commercial Team | WS Training part of Brightpeak Group
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Business Development Coordinator to join our Commercial Team. In this key role, you will actively promote and safeguard the strong corporate reputation of WS Training, while driving growth by engaging with both existing and new clients to maximise uptake of our commercial training programmes.

Key Responsibilities (Principal Accountabilities)
- Cold calling to generate new business – including use of Internet to search for new business.
- Generate business with current clients/new clients, meeting set sale targets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing clients.
- Identify, follow-up, build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Handle and process client/trainer queries, as appropriate.
- Maintain & manage relationships with freelance consultants.
- Work closely with the Course coordinators to ensure we keep to the awarding bodies standards.
- Cost work to ensure maximum profit margins.
- Organise and rearrange courses, as required.
- Using Microsoft Dynamics– add booking forms; prepare quotations, invoices and joining instructions for clients.
- Liaise with accounts dept. with reference to invoices/credit notes.
- Update course boards.
- Meet with and present to both new and existing clients when needed.
- Liaise with Vocational Learning Team with regards to promoting Apprenticeship standards.
