Cargo Move Limited is looking for a motivated, reliable and hardworking Mandarin-speaking Warehouse Operative to join our growing team.
The role involves supporting the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, including picking, packing, loading, stock handling and maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
Mandarin communication skills are required because the successful candidate will regularly communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and operational teams.
The successful candidate should be physically fit, dependable and willing to learn. Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing orders for dispatch
- Loading and unloading palletised and loose-loaded goods
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, following appropriate training
- Checking goods, labels and quantities for accuracy
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets
- Communicating with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and operational teams when required
- Carrying out other reasonable warehouse duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin
- A valid right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship at the start of employment
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to lift and move goods safely
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to carry out different warehouse tasks
- A positive attitude, good attendance and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow workplace health and safety procedures
