Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Freight Forwarder to coordinate and manage international shipments. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods.

Duties
- Organise freight shipments from start to finish via Road, Air and Sea - Imports and Exports
- Coordinate with carriers, 3PL providers, and clients to schedule pick-ups and deliveries, ensuring timely dispatches.
- Utilise CRM software to maintain accurate client records, track lead generation, and support sales management efforts.
- Negotiate rates and terms with carriers, suppliers, and clients to optimise costs while maintaining service quality.
- Customs entries, raising airway bills, bills of lading
- Assist with lead generation activities by identifying potential clients and opportunities within the logistics sector.
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any issues related to customs clearance or transit delays promptly.
Skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and B2B sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation skills with carriers, suppliers, and clients to secure favourable terms.
- Knowledge of incoterms
- Experience in multi modal by Road, Air and Sea
- Experience in customs entries and requirements
- Competent data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
- 2 years freight forwarding experience
