Full job description

Overview

Join our Administration department as a Payroll/Accounts/Sales/Buyer/Customer Liason/Receptionist and play a vital role in managing accurate payroll processing and maintaining seamless accounts management. This position will require familiarity with both Sage line 50 and Sage Payroll, You will be instrumental in data entry and all aspects of accounts both sales and purchase ledger, sales quotations , and purchasing

Duties

Process payroll accurately and efficiently using Sage Payroll, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Manage accounts payable and sales invoicing functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliation using Sage accounting software
Maintain detailed records of payroll transactions, employee data, and accounts payable activities through meticulous data entry and record-keeping practices

Skills

Proficiency with Sage Line 50
Experience with Sage Payroll
Strong knowledge of human resources processes related to payroll administration
Skilled in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail
Familiarity with accounts payable procedures and invoice processing workflows
Working directly with the MD as a PA

Pay: £25,800.00-£30,000.00 per year
