Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Take orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
- Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless service experience during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food safety, or serving roles is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Cocktail training is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to engage effectively with guests.
- A responsible attitude towards alcohol service and guest safety.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or peak hours as required.
