Benefits:

An exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the team at Diglis House, a hotel in Worcester with a distinctive and commanding position on the banks of the River Severn in the heart of historic city. A superb country house location for business, pleasure and leisure: welcoming and comfortable, with splendid views of the River Severn.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working in a front of house role and will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, the natural ability to work on their own initiative or as part of a team and have a high attention to detail. The role involves supporting the Front Office Manager with the smooth running of the reception desk ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered at all times. Liaising with other departments where appropriate and maximising the occupancy of the hotel at all times.

Musts for the role of Receptionist include:

Being able to provide excellent customer service resulting in repeat business and recommendations
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
Good IT skills
Problem-solving abilities
Discretion and sensitivity
Excellent administration and organisational skills

£10.85 - £12.71 dependent on age
