CASA Improvements is a fast-growing home improvement company based in Worcester, specialising in the home improvement sector.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Canvass Manager to lead and grow our door-to-door lead generation team.
This role involves recruiting, training, managing, and motivating canvassers while helping generate high-quality appointments for our sales team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our local presence and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and train new canvassers
- Manage day-to-day performance of the canvassing team
- Support canvassers in the field when needed
- Monitor lead quality and appointment conversions
- Plan canvassing areas and strategies
- Motivate the team and drive results
- Maintain professional standards and company reputation
Requirements
- Previous canvassing, field sales, or team management experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Target-driven mindset
- Ability to recruit and build a team
- Organised and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence essential
Experience in home improvements is highly desirable but not essential.
