Hector Finch Lighting, one of the UK’s leading high end lighting brands, are looking for a Sales Administrator and Order Processor to work at our head office in Leominster, Herefordshire.
We need someone with experience of working in a high end environment who understands the need for well presented, accurate and literate responses to customer enquiries and can communicate effectively on email.
We work with many of the world’s top designers on projects that range from private houses to restaurants and hotels as well as numerous international design firms. We have a reputation for total commitment to our customers and an uncompromising attitude to the production of top quality goods.
The Candidate will need:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a high level of literacy and numeracy and acute attention to detail.
- First class IT skills, including knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.
- The ability to build relationships with clients and to demonstrate integrity, honesty and a commitment to deliver to deadlines.
- A personable and friendly personality, with a sense of humour and the ability to juggle priorities and workload in a busy environment.
- A knowledge of and passion for design would be an advantage.
Recent graduates with minimal work experience but a relevant background or interest in art and design will be considered. The business is continually growing so there will be opportunities to progress.
The position is located in Leominster, Herefordshire and attendance at Head Office is a requirement of the company.
Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
