Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Payroll & Data Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate data records, and supporting human resources functions. The successful candidate will utilise various systems to ensure seamless payroll operations and data integrity. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analytical skills and experience in data entry and payroll to contribute to organisational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage payroll data using HR systems ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update employee records within payroll and HR systems, including new hires, terminations, and changes to employee details.
- Perform data entry tasks related to payroll, benefits administration, and human resources documentation.
- Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies or anomalies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support human resources initiatives by providing accurate data reports and assisting with compliance documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information in accordance with organisational policies.
- Deputising for site administrator/receptionist

Requirements
- Proven experience of working with and submission of payroll data
- Proficiency in use of MS Office tools
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- First class numeracy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within a human resources or finance environment is preferred
- Current UK driving licence required for travel between sites
Pay: £27,000.00-£27,750.00 per year
