Reports to: Trading Manager
Role Overview: The Trading Coordinator supports the commercial and trading function by coordinator administrative tasks, ensuring accurate information flow between teams, and assisting with product, pricing, and customer documentation. This role helps ensure effective communication across internal departments and with external partners to support trading operations and profitable execution across Cubis Systems & NAL. The successful candidate will have the follow responsibilities:
What our new ‘Trading Coordinator’ will be doing:

Coordinate daily activities of the trading team and support the Trading Team Leader with operational and commercial tasks with NAP (Cubis & NAL).

Assist in the preparation, review, and updating of pricing models to ensure accuracy and alignment with commercial strategy.

Analyse customer pricing performance, margin trends, and product profitability to support trading and commercial decision‑making.

Conduct regular reviews of competitor pricing, market benchmarks, and product positioning to support pricing recommendations.

Support the Trading Team Leader in reviewing pricing deviations, managing special pricing requests, and maintaining pricing governance standards.

Prepare and distribute pricing information, quotes, and commercial updates to internal stakeholders

Assist with the reconciliation and validation of sales and trading data.

Support product launches, promotions, and pricing campaigns with relevant documentation and communication.

Maintain accurate records of customer contracts, pricing agreements, and commercial documentation
- Liaise with sales, marketing, procurement, logistics and finance to align trading activities.

Update and maintain data with internal ERP and CRM systems.

Support internal teams in communication with customers regarding product availability, pricing, and technical questions.

Coordinate responses to supplier enquiries related to trading and delivery schedules.

Assist in preparing weekly/monthly trading reports highlighting key metrics trends and issues.

Highlight risks, opportunities, and anomalies to the Trading Team Leader.

Support forecasting and budgeting activities by historical trading data.

Act as a point of contact for internal enquiries relating to pricing, products, and trading processes.

All other duties as deemed necessary by the Trading Manager.
The experience our new ‘Trading Coordinator’ will have includes:

Experience in a coordinator, commercial support, or administrative role within a manufacturing, construction products, or infrastructure environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-
Strong communication skills, and confidence working with cross functional teams.
-
Experience working with ERP systems.
- Understanding of pricing structures, margins, and commercial teams.
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables).

Experience working within a multinational or matrix organisation.
