About the Role:

We are looking for a Property Administrator / Coordinator who can take ownership of our daily operational workflow. You aren't just answering phones and logging tickets; you are the operational backbone connecting landlords, tenants, and contractors. You will coordinate repairs, manage compliance, and keep our property portfolio running smoothly. You are the voice of clarity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Compliance Ownership: Maintain accurate electronic records, process tenancy agreements, and track critical compliance requirements (Gas Safety, EPCs, electrical checks).
End-to-End Maintenance Coordination: Lead the process from tenant fault reporting to contractor dispatch, ensuring repairs are completed promptly and within budget.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and property owners, handling queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Property Inspections & Handovers: Assist with tenant move-ins, move-outs, and routine inspection schedules to keep properties in top condition.
Finance Support: Process contractor invoices, track payments, and liaise with accounting to ensure all property accounts are balanced.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in property administration, lettings coordination, or a high-volume administrative role.
Proven Track Record: A strong work ethic with a history of managing multi-step workflows. Show us how you organize tasks, solve problems, and keep deadlines on track.
Tooling: Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable navigating property management software databases.
Language & Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to handle challenging conversations with tact and composure.
Mindset: You are organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure. You take pride in structured processes and love seeing a task through to completion.

Pay: £25,420.00-£30,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Birmingham B18 6JL
