Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills across various trades, enabling them to undertake diverse construction, maintenance, and repair tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a proactive attitude and a passion for craftsmanship to contribute to multiple projects within our organisation.

Duties

Perform carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work with precision and attention to detail
Execute construction painting projects, preparing surfaces and applying finishes efficiently
Undertake masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing
Utilise hand tools and power tools safely across various trades to complete assigned tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in multiple trades and general building operations.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse tasks simultaneously
Good problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately
Physical fitness suitable for demanding manual work in various weather conditions
Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades are preferred but not essential if demonstrated experience is substantial
A valid UK driving licence is advantageous for site travel purposes
