Job Title: Physical Education Teacher

Location: Redditch
Job Type: Part-time

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and qualified Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our school community. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing physical education curriculum for students, fostering a love for fitness and sports, and promoting healthy habits both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a critical role in encouraging teamwork, leadership, and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans for students.
Teach physical education skills, fitness, and sports techniques.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged and supported.
Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership through physical activities.
Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their physical skills and overall fitness.
Collaborate with other faculty members and school leadership to integrate wellness into the overall school culture.
Organize and lead extracurricular physical activities, such as sports teams, fitness challenges, or wellness programs.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during physical activities.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, participation, and progress.

Qualifications:

Certificate in Physical Education (if applicable).
Previous experience teaching physical education
Strong understanding of physical fitness, sports, and health education.
Ability to inspire and motivate students of all skill levels.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff.
First Aid and safeguarding certification (preferred).
