Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Real Estate Agent to join our reputable team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through property lettings, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless renting experience. Responsibilities

Assist clients in renting and selling properties by providing comprehensive market information and advice.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings.
Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property lets, including tenancies, contracts and agreements.
Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals.
Organise appointments, manage schedules efficiently, and ensure all client interactions are professional and courteous.
Utilise organisational skills to keep track of listings, client details, and transaction progress.

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a broader client base.
A valid driving licence is preferred as the role may require travel between properties.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Previous experience in real estate or related fields is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
