About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, proactive and customer-focused Bathroom and Kitchen Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our showroom and sales team. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills and is passionate about helping drive business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will assist customers in selecting bathroom products, have proven sales experience generating sales opportunities, maintain product displays, support marketing activities to promote our brand and services and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer requirements and budgets
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow-up communications
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Delivery and stock checks and inventory management
Marketing Support
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Update website content, product listings, and promotional materials
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors
- Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, marketing, administrative role is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in bathroom, kitchen, or home improvement sales
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience with social media management platforms
- Knowledge of marketing software and content creation tools
- Experience using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
