Overview of the role
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth, including expanding services, increasing customer base, and improving operational efficiency.
- Day-to-day operations: of the food and beverage department.
- Promotions and Events: Plan and operationally deliver marketing campaigns, special events, and promotions to drive foot traffic and bookings.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and implementing quality standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee department budget and target GPs including daily cash handling and monthly P&L/GPs.
- Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring the safety of both staff and customers.
The package
- Salary between £30,000 - £38,000 plus bonus
- Straight shifts available with flexibility
- Average of 4 nights per week
- Average hours – 45 per week with 2 days off together
Skills / Background
- Friendly, personable & hands-on with strong leadership skills.
- Customer Service Champion who leads from the front.
- Strong IT and social media skills.
- Excellent financial knowledge – P&L management, Stock taking, forecasting etc.
- Strong eye for detail, highly organised and driven.
