About the role

We're looking for a Power BI Developer to help turn data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the organisation. Working with stakeholders at all levels, you'll create reporting and dashboards that help teams understand performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyse, and interpret live business data relating to sales, stock, customers, and finance.
Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights.
Collaborate with business teams and senior managers to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
Present complex data in a clear and meaningful way for non-technical audiences.
Help automate recurring reports and improve data processes to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Support the ongoing development and maintenance of reporting frameworks and data structures.
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to support projects, operational requirements, and business decisions.
Take ownership of issues and seek to provide swift solutions.
Support colleagues with data and reporting queries when required.
Maintain the confidentiality and security of company information at all times.

Skills, knowledge and experience

Confident using Microsoft Excel to work with data, spot trends, and create useful reports.
Experience creating Power BI reports and dashboards that are clear, useful, and easy to understand.
Able to analyse data, find patterns, and turn the results into clear insights through regular and one-off reporting.
Comfortable working with CSV files, databases, and other structured data to prepare information for reporting.
Ability to communicate data insights in a clear, accessible way for non-technical users to support decision-making
