Shifts:06:00 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00 (Night shifts 22:00 - 06:00 for roughly 5 weeks per year to help cover Holidays, sickness and Training)

As an Injection Moulding Tool Setter, youll play a key role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Working as part of a shift-based team, youll be responsible for setting tools, optimising processes, and supporting production to meet operational targets.

Carry out tool changes and machine set-ups in line with production schedules

Ensure machines are set to achieve optimum cycle times, quality, and efficiency

Monitor production processes and carry out adjustments to maintain output and quality standards

Troubleshoot and resolve process and tooling issues quickly and effectively
-
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste

Work closely with colleagues across production, engineering, and quality teams

Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and company procedures
Were keen to hear from candidates who bring:

Previous experience in injection moulding and tool setting

Strong understanding of plastic processing and moulding techniques

Ability to fault-find and problem-solve in a production environment

Knowledge of process optimisation and quality standards

A proactive, team-focused approach with strong attention to detail

Flexibility to work shift patterns, including occasional night shifts
