We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Worksop facility, playing a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support the Quality team in maintaining and improving our quality management systems and ensuring that products meet regulatory and customer requirements.
This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where your work will directly impact patient safety and product excellence.

Perform quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products

Support investigations into non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints

Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Maintain accurate quality documentation and records in line with regulatory standards

Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company procedures

Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to drive quality improvements

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role (manufacturing environment preferred)

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of quality systems, standards, and compliance requirements

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

A methodical approach with strong organisational skills
Desirable:

Experience within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries

Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 / ISO 13485)

Understanding of root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
