Full job description

Growth Technology Ltd is a plant nutrient manufacturing company in the horticulture industry. We have been operating since 1985 creating our own nutrients and ensuring we provide the highest quality for our customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Creator to join our team in the marketing department. This will include creating informative and engaging content which promotes the company’s hydroponic products and services across multiple social media platforms.

This is a 12 month Maternity Cover full time role of 37.5 hours per week on site in Taunton. Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Key Responsibilities·

· Responsible for researching new products, exploring new ideas for product development as directed by the Senior Team.

· Coordination of plant trials and testing of samples, ensuring accurate and timely records are kept.

· Being responsible for processing the data produced from trials and presenting to Senior management.

· Assist in regulatory compliance including product registration.

· End-to-end service from generation through to manufacturing and launch

· Working closely with other departments such as purchasing for raw material testing. Also working with marketing and sales team for technical assistance.

· Assisting with ongoing technical database for raw materials to ensure accurate information is provided.

· Perform laboratory tasks from time to time these duties could include new product test batches and quality control testing.

· Be aware of and comply with Health & Safety regulations.

· To provide support to the department so that it may carry out its statutory functions.

· To liaise with other staff as required.

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
