Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Artworker to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating visual concepts into high-quality digital and print assets, ensuring consistency across branding and marketing materials. Individual must have a positive, can-do attitude, and enjoy working within a creative team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, supporting various design projects from concept to completion. The role requires at least 7 years experience working in a creative agency.

Duties

Prepare and finalise artwork for print and digital media, ensuring accuracy in colour, resolution, content and layout.
Collaborate with company directors, designers and account management teams to develop visual assets aligned with brand guidelines and client briefs.
Utilise programmes such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and AdobeXD to produce high-quality graphics.
Develop UI/UX designs using AdobeXD to enhance user experience on digital platforms.
Edit videos and animations employing Adobe After Effects or Premier to support marketing campaigns.
Ensure all artwork adheres to technical specifications for print production or digital deployment.
Maintain organised files and version control for all creative assets.
Support branding initiatives by creating consistent visual identities across multiple channels.
Assist in the development of presentation materials that effectively communicate ideas and concepts.

Skills

Strong knowledge of branding principles and digital design best practices.
Familiarity with photography principles and editing techniques.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team while managing deadlines effectively. This role offers an engaging environment where creativity meets technical expertise, providing the opportunity to contribute significantly to our projects.
