Job Introduction
Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail and enjoy working on projects that make a real difference? Join us as a Housing Assistant and play a key role in delivering an important business-wide project while supporting the smooth running of our housing services.
This is a varied role with a primary focus on completing an internal key audit across A2Dominion office locations. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure records are accurate, up to date and effectively maintained, helping to improve data quality, consistency and security across the organisation.
Throughout the 3-month contract, you'll spend periods of time working from our Staines and Ealing offices, supporting the delivery of this important project. Once the project is complete, you'll also have the opportunity to support wider Housing Assistant activities across our Customer Support function.
A Basic DBS check is required for this role.
More About You

Experience delivering excellent customer service in an administrative or customer-focused role

Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, F&O and Dynamics

Ability to prioritise workload, manage competing tasks and work independently

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships

Experience maintaining accurate records and updating IT systems

Willingness to spend periods of time working from both our Staines and Ealing offices throughout the contract

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C / Level 4 or above)
