WeBeauty Therapist (Full Training Provided) – Bee Waxed Bee Lasered

We’re looking for a friendly, confident and customer-focused individual to join our team, no previous waxing experience required as full training will be provided.

This role is perfect for university students , someone looking for a part time job thats fun and rewarding or anyone looking to start a career in the beauty industry.

Please note: Due to the nature of this role, we are only able to consider applicants who are seeking employment exclusively within our salon. This position is not suitable for therapists who are currently self employed, running their own beauty business or working for another beauty salon along side this role, as this would present a conflict of interest. We are looking for a team member who is committed to growing with our business.

What we’re looking for:

A bubbly, chatty, and approachable personality
Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to and connecting with clients
Strong attention to detail this is a must
A quick learner who is eager to develop new skills
Reliable, professional and passionate about delivering great service

What you’ll be doing:

Providing a high standard of client care and creating a welcoming environment
Learning and performing professional waxing treatments (full training provided)
Building relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings
Maintaining cleanliness and high salon standards at all times

About the role:
This position is best suited to someone who is looking to commit to working within a busy, client-focused salon environment. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the business and become a valued long-term member of the team. Bee waxed Salon is a well established, busy waxing and laser hair removal salon that is looking to expand our ever-growing team. We pride ourselves on our professional and friendly manner, providing excellent treatments to the highest standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must no
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a wide range if clients.
Previous FACE to FACE customer service experience.
Confident in creating a welcoming, professional and comfortable experience for clients.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Friendly, personable and able to connect with clients from all backgrounds.

Must be able to work Saturdays and one to two late nights.

Making sure that you are the right fit for the salon is the most important thing. Having a bubbly and approachable personality is paramount along with the eagerness to learn. If you have excellent attention to detail and are hands on we can train you up to our high standards including gaining all the necessary qualifications you need.
