WordPress Developer / Email Marketing Executive

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk, hybrid working with three days per week in the office.

We are looking for a WordPress Developer / Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team within a fast-paced and supportive digital marketing agency environment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in WordPress development and email marketing who is looking to work across a variety of exciting client accounts and industries. You’ll be involved in a mix of website development, email campaign creation, client communication, and ongoing website updates.

The Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Building and maintaining WordPress websites
Carrying out day-to-day website updates and changes
Creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns
Responding to client requests and support queries
Supporting wider digital marketing activity where required
Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver successful campaigns and projects

You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of client accounts across multiple industries, within an agency environment that values collaboration, communication, creativity, and measurable results.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

Experience building and managing WordPress websites
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
A strong eye for detail and good organisational skills
Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams
The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience within either an in-house marketing team or agency environment

Experience with GA4, performance marketing principles, or wider digital marketing channels would also be beneficial.
