Crew Member / Kitchen Team Member | Full & Part Time

At Taka Taka, we bring authentic Greek street food, fast-paced energy, and Mediterranean hospitality together under one roof. From fresh gyros and wraps to loaded fries and grilled souvlaki, we’re passionate about delivering exceptional food and great customer experiences.

We are now looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our Bournemouth store in a hybrid front-of-house and kitchen role.

This is not just a till job or just a kitchen job — we’re looking for versatile all-rounders who enjoy working in a busy, team-focused environment and want to develop real hospitality skills.

Crew Member / Kitchen Team Member (Front of House & Food Prep)

Job Types

Pay

£12.71 – £14.00 per hour
(depending on experience, responsibilities, and role level)

What You’ll Be Doing Front of House / Customer Service

Taking customer orders using tills and POS systems
Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service
Handling cash and card payments
Supporting delivery platform operations
Maintaining excellent store presentation and cleanliness

Kitchen & Food Preparation

Preparing fresh ingredients and food items
Working on grill and fryer stations
Assembling wraps, gyros, salads, and bowls to brand standards
Following food hygiene and food safety procedures
Supporting the kitchen team during busy services

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, fast food, customer service, kitchens, or food preparation is an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
