Are you working in Admin? Even a recent college leaver looking to kickstart your career in Customer Service / Administration? OR... Are you experienced in high levels of attention to detail, we care about what we do and have a lot of regulatory requirements to follow so there’s very specific ways we must operate.
What you’ll be doing:

We have a dedicated Training team, supporting you in small training teams over your 3 weeks Induction.

Once completed, your exciting career step in role is fully structured with your new team members and leader.

Responding to customer/third party correspondence.

Speaking with third parties/solicitors to help with their queries.

A clear development pathway via a variety of learning tools available. Including a milestone framework which recognises and rewards your learning and performance.

Responding to correspondence sent by the court.

Preparing draft litigation documents for review

You’ll spend the first three weeks in office for training Monday-Friday 8am - 4.30pm
Once you’re ready to go, you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns (37.5-hours per week contract):
