It is important to us that each Advisor has the right level of support and given access to the correct tools to succeed.

You will be supported by -

◆ Monthly team meeting to cover relevant areas of training and share best practices with peers

◆ Monthly development 121 to work on agenda set by adviser

◆ Career pathways in place

◆ Personal Development Plan tailored and personalised for each Adviser

◆ Support to build and deliver your business plan will be provided

◆ Options available to acquire client ownership once thresholds are met

◆ Support to develop Advice specialisms if desired

◆ Support to Chartered status

◆ Back-office training to support understanding of the process at outset

DJLB Wealth Management is a small yet rapidly growing firm. We are looking for someone who can grow with us and help develop our business further. Our firm is currently made up of 5 Financial Advisors and 8 in administration. We are a busy office in Worthing with an office in Kent as well as having a large London head office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced financial adviser looking to take the next step in their career, working with a company that is committed to supporting you on your journey in a highly collaborative environment.

Location: Worthing, West Sussex

Minimum Requirements: Experienced Financial Adviser with a Level 4 Advice qualification and SPS

Earnings: Employed with the opportunity to build real value within a leading financial advice business. Potential for earning £80k within 3 years, with the opportunity for further financial progression.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
