Are you highly organised, proactive, and looking for a role with variety in a friendly, non-corporate environment? We’re a small, award-winning sales & lettings team in the heart of Hove, proud of our 5-star reputation with both tenants and landlords – and we’re looking for our next team member!

About the Role
As our Lettings Admin, you’ll be at the heart of the business, supporting all aspects of lettings. From overseeing compliance, preparing paperwork to liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors. No two days will be the same. You’ll also pitch in across the office when needed - because in a small team, everyone plays a part in delivering excellent service.

What we’re looking for

Previous experience within property/lettings is required so you can comfortably dive in and help us keep things running smoothly
A thorough, detail-focused approach to administration and compliance.
A flexible, “can-do” attitude with a friendly, positive outlook.
Strong written and verbal skills for dealing with clients.
Confidence with IT, spreadsheets, and CRM/administrative systems.
The ability to prioritise and manage a varied, fast-paced workload.
A full, clean UK Driving Licence as you'll get out & about for inspections and viewings
