Mobile Security Officer / Alarm Response Officer
Location: Monmouth, covering Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean
Pay: £13.50 to £14.50 per hour
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week, with additional hours available

We are looking for a Mobile Security Officer / Alarm Response Officer to join our team, based from our head office in Monmouth.
This is a varied security role involving mobile patrols, lock-ups and unlocks, alarm call-outs and occasional static security cover. You will be working across Gloucestershire and the Forest of Dean, with a company vehicle provided for work duties.
The role will include night shifts, some day and evening shifts, weekends and bank holidays. The rota is mostly 4 on / 4 off.
Duties will include:
Mobile patrols
Locking and unlocking client sites
Responding to alarm call-outs
Completing site checks and reports
Using apps and a tablet to record work
Occasional static security cover where required
Working as part of a reliable and professional team

What we need from you:
Valid SIA licence
Full UK driving licence
Must be over 25 for vehicle insurance purposes
Previous security experience, ideally 2 years or more
Able to work nights, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Comfortable using apps, tablets and basic technology
Able to provide 5 years of work / unemployment history for screening
Right to work in the UK
Due to the nature of the role and response requirements, applicants will ideally live within around 15 miles of our Monmouth head office, NP25 3SR.
All prospective employees will be required to complete BS7858 screening and vetting, and sign a non-disclosure agreement.
