Overview:

To deliver exceptional table service within our 2 AA Rosette Restaurant, providing a professional and memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality and guest satisfaction

Key Responsibilities may include:

To support the Senior Food Beverage Assistant with the professional service of food and beverages, ensuring 4-star standards are consistently maintained.
To be fully familiar with and understand the day’s menus, including key ingredients and dishes.
To prepare and lay tables in the restaurant to the required standards ahead of each service.
To check and complete all required mise en place in preparation for each meal service.
To ensure the correct handling, storage and cleaning of all food service equipment in accordance with departmental procedures and work plans.
